*19-20g of fine ground coffee : 38-40g of espresso extract

Aim to extract 38~40g within 28~32 seconds

*Grind accordingly:

*if coffee extracts less than 25 seconds, set grind size to “FINE”

*if extraction takes longer than 35 seconds, set grind size to “COARSE”
